“We’re here for the adventure… and the occasional oops!”
At RV Nation, every item is made just for you when you order it. Because of that, we cannot offer traditional returns or direct exchanges. But don’t worry… we’ve got your back when something goes wrong.
✅We will replace if:
• Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
• The carrier loses your package out in the wild
• RV gremlins did something weird to your order (hey, it happens)
Just send us a photo and a brief description within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll remake it faster than you can say, “S’more, please!”
❌ We are unable to
accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• You changed your mind
• Your RV dog gave you the side-eye after you bought it
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Items that have been worn or washed
🚐Wrong size?
No Worries!
We get it—sometimes sizing can be tricky when you’re ordering gear for your next adventure!
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help get you into the right fit.
Here’s how it works:
• Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for return instructions
• Send the unworn, unwashed, and resellable item back to us
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
• Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price
• You can then place a new order in the correct size
Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges—but we’ll make sure the process is smooth and easy so you can get back to enjoying the journey!
🔁If an order gets
returned to us
If the package boomerangs back because of an incorrect address or not being picked up, you can choose to have it reshipped — but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost.
